Choose a speech and analyze it, you could for example analyze:
- Language. Is it easy to understand? Does it contain special word aimed for a specific group or audience?
- Tone. What’s the tone of the speech, cheerful or serious?
- Why did (do) you like it? Did it contain something important?
Divide your essay into different sections, ie.
- Introduction
- Importance of this speech
- Political effects
- Why I like this speech.
- Conclusion
Write down the paper, preferably on a computer, using a speller (rättstavningsprogram). Write approximately 1 page with standard font size (12p) and use the font Times New Roman with 1½ spacing.
Remember, it’s a “Gentlemen’s agreement“.
